UNDER CHALET ARREST: A TRIBUTE TO ROMAN POLANSKI

Got invited to a V.I.P. NIKEiD session. Decided to do a tribute to Roman Polanski who today was transferred from prison to his chalet in Gstaad, Switzerland. I went for a Cortez sneaker in minimalist black :

Shortly after my order got processed, I received an email informing me that ‘the personal iD ” POLANSKI ” you have added to the product you’ve ordered is not in synch with the Nike policy. This may be because it:
contains another party’s trademark,
contains the name of a professional/college sports team or athlete which we do not presently have the right to use,
contains material that we deem to be inappropriate to display on our products.’

Too bad. I think I’m going to opt for Milky Way instead. But, hm, why did Polanski name his chalet after a chocolate bar?

Any better suggestions?

In any case, I wish Roman Polanski many a frivolous fondue session under chalet arrest.
